Preparing for Leitchenstein
I only just made it on the plane from Leeds to Dublin after 3 attempts to get through airport security – they don’t like bike tools and understandably weren’t too keen on letting me through with a Lumicycle nightlight battery (a water bottle filled with wires and electrical tape looks exactly like a bomb to the non-trained eye!).
Now I’m in Dublin traipsing from one side of the city to the other collecting and distributing things – how is all my stuff so spread out?! Bikes, bike box, races license, new club kit, architecture stuff etc, and then trying to catch up with everyone in a short space of time – busy busy! Getting excited though now.
The next test will be packing up 6 months worth of luggage and getting out to Dublin Airport with it all. No idea how that’s going to work.
